REMEMBER - THESE PRICES ARE ALL INCLUSIVE - WE PAY FOR THE HOUSE TO BE CLEANED PRIOR TO AND AFTER YOUR ARRIVAL AND WE PAY THE STATE OF MONTANA 7% TAXES ---BOTH OF THESE ARE INCLUDED IN THE AMOUNT LISTED BELOW AND MANY OTHER RENTAL CABINS ADD THESE FEES TO YOUR BILL AT THE END OF YOUR STAY- WE WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY AND SATISFIED - WE WANT YOU TO RENT AGAIN FROM US YEAR AFTER YEAR AS MANY PEOPLE DO!
HIGH SEASON 2008/2009 (and Holidays): High Season is June 1 thru September 8 rates will be $300 a night or $2,100 for seven nights ($285/nt ) - all inclusive (tax/cleaning).
LOW SEASON 2008/2009 (exluding Holidays) : For all other dates excluding holidays the rate is $250 per night (4 night minimum for more than 4 people) or $1,680 for seven nights ($240 nt).

A $500 deposit is required upon reservation unless the reservation exceeds one week. Deposits are payable via personal check. Your balance is paid prior to you departing for your trip. To reserve the cabin a standard Montana rental agreement will need to be signed so please contact us by CLICKING ON THE EMAIL HYPERLINK BELOW.
CANCELLATION: Deposits are non-refundable unless another party is found for the same dates. If a rental replaces the same period, the deposit is returned, less a 15% administrative fee.
The house is NON- SMOKING!!! inside. Covered Porches are available for smokers.

There are 3 king sized beds in three rooms and 4 extra long single beds in the loft area.....providing beds for up to 10 adults. The "common areas" are very spacious and comfortable!

MINIMUM 4-NIGHTS: There is a 4 night minimum for all rentals DURING HIGH SEASON - During low season I only enforce this if there will be more than four people renting - If it is only one couple or two couples my cleaning costs can be held down and hence the cost of renting for less than four nights is less prohibitive.
